Where does the water come from?
The dispenser draws water through a hose from a separate bottle. The bottle stays nearby while the dispenser sits on your desk or table. There is no internal water reservoir.
Does it filter or chill the water?
No. It pumps the drinking water you supply, at its existing temperature. It does not filter, heat, or refrigerate water.
Does it need to stay plugged in?
No. It uses a rechargeable battery. Charge it with the supplied USB cable, then disconnect it for everyday use. Follow the instructions included with your unit.
Are the water bottle and glass included?
No. The package includes the dispenser, a water hose, a charging cable, and instructions. The glass and source bottle are supplied by you.
